Meatballs and Potatoes
A camping recipe from Carrie. You can leave this foil-wrapped meal on the coals for up to two hours, if you want to make it and go to the beach or for a bikeride before dinner.

Make meatballs out of the ground meat, as big as you like. This will be split up for four different foil pouches. I normally make two to three meatballs per pouch. Cut up potatoes into cubes. Slice up pepper and garlic. Split up ingredients onto four different pieces of foil. Spray with the cooking spray or add butter (enough to taste and to prevent sticking). Add salt and pepper to taste. Wrap up each packet tightly and place into the coals of the fire for about one hour.
Each packet is one meal.
Servings: 4
