And what is the most dangerous stress to turn into anxiety.
Take a sheet of paper or do on your computer, that is of no importance.
What is important, on the other hand, is the fact that you write on your left side the situations that stress you most.
Then, on the right side you write down the stresses that might or do turn into anxiety.
This should be done in an order where number one is the most likely to turn into anxiety.
Once you have your list, you can start to work on the most stressing situation.
Try to look at this situation also from another angle.
Can you see its positive moments? If you look closely, you can find them.
You probably have never seen them in the past.
Now that you are aware of them, they no longer stress you.
They will no longer cause you anxiety! You may be surprised that it is so easy to look at life from different angles.
It needs a little change in your way of looking at situations.
Your mind can be very flexible.
If you use this flexibility, your stress factors can become your allies.
They help you to eliminate anxiety.
Challenge your mind.
If you are able to use its great power of flexibility, you can enjoy life and do not need to suffer stress and anxiety.
