Audio and Video

• The HP QuickDock has a VGA port for plugging in a computer monitor. It also has four audio jacks: one each for line-in and line-out, a digital jack known as a S/PDIF (for Sony/Phillips Digital Interface) and an RCA-type digital audio jack.
  
  

USB and Ethernet

• The HP QuickDock has six USB 2.0 ports: four in the back and two on the side. The device also has an integrated 10/100 Ethernet network.
  
  

Compatibility

• HP makes the QuickDock primarily for its flagship Pavilion series of laptop PCs, 16 different models of which are compatible with the QuickDock. However, certain Compaq Presario and HP HDX owners can use the device as well.
