    • 1). Cut the wire with the scissors to a length that will fit around the top of the wearer's head; add 2 inches. Twist the wire ends securely to form a circle

    • 2). Cut the flower stems to measure 3 inches and remove all leaves except for those right next to the flowers.

    • 3). Separate the flowers into clusters of three or four stems, depending upon the size of the flowers. Wrap down the length of the clustered stems with the floral tape, which is sticky, to secure the stems together. You will need enough flower clusters to cover the entire wire circle.

    • 4). Place the wire circle on a table. Lay one flower cluster on top of the wire, with the stems pointing to the right along the wire. Use the floral tape to attach the cluster to the wire by wrapping the tape around the wire and the group of stems neatly and securely.

    • 5). Attach a second cluster to the wire by the same method, with the flowers on the left and the stems pointing to the right. Put the flower clusters close together to avoid gaps.

    • 6). Continue adding flower clusters until the crown is complete. Hide the final stems on the bottom of the crown.
