    • 1). Click on the "Start" menu and enter "update" into the small search bar on the top of the "Start" menu.

    • 2). Press your "Enter" key and wait for the computer to scan for the "Windows Update" icon.

    • 3). Double click the icon to open the software program and then click the "Check for updates" button on the left side of the screen.

    • 4). Wait for the system to scan for the updates and then click the updates labeled "USB" or "Flash Devices."

    • 5). Click the "Install Updates" button to install the flash device drivers to your system and wait for the computer to install the drivers.
