The Linden Method Review and Charles Linden
In 1996, after suffering for years with horrific panic attacks, acute anxiety disorder, and not wanting to go out in public, Charles Linden of England came up with The Linden Method.
Linden suffered for years, through countless therpists and many medications, with little or no relief.
He then decided to take matters into his own hands.
Linden interviewed other people who suffered or were still suffering from the same disorders.
He also took a look at the common treatments available at that time and what types of scientific research was being done to address the problem.
That is how The Linden Method was born.
The Linden Method came into existence after Charles Linden conducted exhaustive research with people who no longer suffered from anxiety or panic attacks.
He took their information and graphed it, drawing corollaries between their individual, unique situations.
From there, he was able to plot a course for a program of recovery.
Linden tested his theories and when they proved successful, he created The Linden Method Program.
This program believes that all anxiety disorders can be successfully treated by reprogramming the individual by using techniques that Charles Linden created.
These are based in science and are the main part of The Linden Method.
By looking at specific areas of the brain, and by getting to the reason why a person is suffering from anxiety, The Linden Method then builds a detailed program to help people overcome their disorder.
In clinical studies, The Linden Method has seen a 96% success rate in patients who follow through with their program.
Mr.
Linden has done his research and it will benefit many.
Linden interviewed many respected members of the mental health community as well as "clients" in mental health facilities and found what triggers these disorders.
The disorders come from a malfunction in the Amygdala region of the brain.
By "reconditioning" how the Amygdala responds to stimuli, the disorders can be cured.
The different types of anxiety and mental disorders people can have are directly related to the function or dysfunction of their Amygdala.
The Amygdala stores a persons programmed responses to fear and other conditioned responses to similar events, and by changing how the Amygdala responds to this type of stimuli, is how the program works.
In this program, the author Charles Linden advocates a treatment which is not based on doing countless drills and techniques, but by taking a simpler approach.
The Linden Method is based on the theory that there is one root cause for any persons mental instability, and by addressing this root cause, you can overcome your particular disorder.
When trying to find new treatments for a particular disorder, a person can become quite disheartened by the amount of information one resource will offer.
But that will not happen with The Linden Method.
This book offers a clear cut way of what needs to be done to conquer all types of anxiety and panic attack issues.
