Bowflex products are designed for use in home or commercial gyms and include machines to improve cardiovascular performance, for strength-training and tools for improving flexibility. Bowflex workout programs can be used with the Bowflex i-Trainer Fitness Software that can be ordered through the company's catalog, or Bowflex workout programs can be custom-designed by the user to target muscle groups or areas where flexibility needs to be improved. Different Bowflex tools can help users enjoy the types of workout programs they prefer. - Bowflex currently offers five different treadmill models through its catalog, including the Bowflex 7-Series, Schwinn 860 and Nautilus T514. The Bowflex 7-Series treadmill features the most powerful motor of the Bowflex models and includes 15 unique workout programs built into the treadmill system itself. Workout programs include a Body Mass Index test as well as a five kilometer run. Workout programs for the 7-Series treadmill can include speeds ranging from half a mile-per-hour up to 11 miles-per-hour. Workout inclines can also vary between zero and 12 degrees.

Home gym workout programs can be designed to target each of the body zones, including the legs, core muscles, back, and arms. The home gym also comes with 220 pounds of resistance, but can be upgraded to 300 pounds of resistance for upper-body workouts and 600 pounds of resistance for lower-body workouts.
