How to Track Internet History in Mac Osx
- 1). Open the Safari browser.
- 2). Click on "Safari" in the upper left-hand corner of your screen, then click on "Preferences."
- 3). Go to "Remove history items" and select the length of time for which you want to save your history. You can save your history for one day, one week, two weeks, one month or one year. Alternately, you can choose to manually delete your history.
- 1). Open the Safari browser.
- 2). Type the name of the web site you are looking for into the URL field. Safari will display results that match your top hits, as well as your history. If you don't want to search the history using the URL field, continue to the next step.
- 3). Click on "History."
- 4). Select the date for which you want to review your history or choose "Show All History" to view a list of all of the sites you've visited since the last time you cleared your history.
- 1). Open the Safari browser.
- 2). Click on "History" and then click on "Show Top Sites."
- 3). Click in the box in the lower right-hand corner that reads "Search History."
- 4). Type the name of the site or web page you want to find and then press the "Return" key. Your history search results will appear in Cover Flow format.
