Hi I'm Mark and this is how to cut bangs for beginners. Well a lot of people have a hard time cutting straight. So imagine that's the issue. Well the best thing that I actually do is to take a comb and comb the hair down. And make sure that the comb is level, hold it there. And use your scissors. Don't do too much at a time. A little bit by little bit. Most likely as a beginner you are going to want to only take a section that is probably about the width of my thumb. Just very little bit. And just keep bringing it down with the comb and just keep cutting straight across using the comb as your straight guide.
