    • 1). Click the "Start" button located in the lower-lleft corner of the Windows desktop. Click the "Search" or "Run" box and type "cmd," then press the "Enter" key.

    • 2). Right-click the blue title bar located at the top of the command line window that appears. Click "Properties" in the menu that appears, and then click the "Font" tab.

    • 3). Click the "Lucida Console" listing in the "Font" box. Select the size you prefer for the font by selecting a font size in the "Size" box.

    • 4). Click the "Colors" tab, then click the "Screen Text" radio button. Click to select a color for the font on the color bar located in the middle of the window. Click the "OK" button to save your selections.
