    End Infected Processes

    • 1). Press "Ctrl" plus "Alt" plus "Delete" simultaneously. Choose the Windows Task Manager from the menu.

    • 2). Select the "Processes" tab.

    • 3). Look for the following running processes: antimalware.exe and uninstall.exe. Select each of them and click the "End Process" button.

    • 4). Close Windows Task Manager.

    Delete AntiMalware Files

    • 1). Go to "Start" and click "Search."

    • 2). Click on "For Files and Folders"

    • 3). Perform a search for the following files on your computer, once found right-click on each and choose "delete."

      AntiMalware.lnk

      AntiMalware

    Edit the System Registry

    • 1). Go to "Start," type "regedit" in the search field and hit "Enter."

    • 2). Navigate to the following registry keys and right-click on each value that appears on the right hand side and select "Delete." Note: Do not delete the entire key, just the values that appear under the keys.

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Approved "{5E2121EE-0300-11D4-8D3B-444553540000}"

    • 3). Close the registry and restart your computer.
