    • 1). Click the "Airport" icon in your MacBook's top menu bar and select "Open Network Preferences" from the drop-down menu. You can also access your Network Preferences in System Preferences, located in the "Applications" folder.

    • 2). Click the tab next to "Location" and select "Edit Locations."

    • 3). Click the first location to select it, then click the "-" sign button just under the locations list. Repeat this process until you have removed all locations except for "Automatic," a default Airport location which you cannot remove.

    • 4). Click the "Done" button. Click the "Apply" button in the bottom-right corner of your System Preferences window. Close your System Preferences.
