    • One 3.5 oz. glass of white wine contains an average of 70 calories. Sweeter white wines and dessert wines, though, contain up to twice that many calories.

    Average Calories in Liquor

    • The higher the proof of the liquor, the more calories it contains. A 1 oz. serving of 80-proof liquor contains 64 calories, while a 1 oz. serving of 100-proof liquor contains 82 calories.

    Average Calories in Liqueurs

    • Since they have a variety of additives, liqueurs have a much wider caloric range than other spirits. For example, 1 oz. of a 63-proof coffee liqueur has about 107 calories while 1 oz. of 64-proof peppermint schnapps has about 84 calories.
