A panic attack is caused from anxiety, which is again caused from the fear of having an anxiety attack.
It is a viscous circle that can be very hard to break.
Then there is an anxiety called severe panic attack symptoms, which could be a dry mouth, tension on the back of your neck muscle, a twitching all over your body, sweaty hands, and a bloating feeling in your stomach like gas.
Sometimes an anxiety attack can last a total of eight hours, with it only being severe in the first hour.
It is normal to feel nauseous and to have problems with falling asleep because the severe anxiety can affect you, make you tired and frustrated.
But these symptoms will pass.
Another example of a severe panic attack is when you are frightened and cannot stop it for over an hour.
This can lead to being pale, clammy, weak and disoriented.
You could also get to the point where you think you are going to faint and you cannot move at all for fear of fainting.
The reason is usually fear: fear of something, or fear of fear (I mean the fear that you can have another panic attack).
Or, it could be hyperventilation.
